UCF Topping Out Celebration

Last week ARCO Murray held a Topping Out Celebration for a 539,597 SF Student Housing Complex we are constructing in Orlando, Florida. We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who has partnered with us to get to this point in the project!

ARCO is delighted to announce that we have broke ground on a 44,700 SF food production facility expansion in Atlanta, Georgia. The new expansion space will include more production, packaging, and warehouse space, along with a 35°F cold dock.

ARCO is wrapping up framing on Elevate SafePoint located in Clearwater, Florida. The future ±54,700 SF community will consist of 96 individual units for assisted living and memory care. ARCO Murray recently completed construction at Princeton Oaks Industrial Park just outside of downtown Orlando, Florida. The 60-acre site consists of three 32’ clear, class A, rear-load, speculative warehouses totaling 280,800 SF. The site also includes the clearing and site infrastructure for two future buildings.
