ARCO is thrilled to announce the successful completion of Turnpike Logistics Center in Groveland, Florida. The 977,441 SF cross-dock distribution shell features concrete tilt-up wall panels, an 8″ slab on grade, a 40′ clear height, 214 dock positions, and four drive-in ramps. The design/build project also included upgrading a significant stretch of Obrien Road through widening existing lanes and shoulders, adding a new bike lane, adding a new turn signal, and adding a new right turn lane.
